The EmPower Social Hub is an exciting new approach for EmPower clients to deepen their knowledge about health, exercise, nutrition and wellbeing – and bring EmPeople together.

What is the Social Hub?

Building on the fundamental basis of what EmPower is all about - health, wellbeing and bespoke fitness work – the EmPower Social Hub is a membership group adding further context to all EmPeople’s journeys.

Firstly, it’s about helping everyone understand and keep up to date with new wellness, fitness and nutritional advice and trends. Just as importantly, the Social Hub will bring people together to discuss and debate health, fitness and wellbeing, in an informal social setting.

The EmPower Social Hub is made up of key elements:

  • Quarterly webinars: hosted by a range of experts and/or people with lived experience from across nutrition, health, wellbeing, mental and physical health, giving talks and presentations followed by a Q&A

  • PitStop Break: Our new PitStop Break series (March, Sept & Nov) allows Social Hub members to come together informally to discuss women’s health and generally get to know each other a little more. Take a pause in the middle of your day, come for a cuppa and a chat with a purpose. We want to bridge the generational gap and share valuable information

  • Summer Party: Once a year EmPower will host a summer party – again allowing people to get to know each other and to make new like-minded friends

  • You’ll be the first to hear about EmPower news and the must-not-miss events for our calendar. You will receive a monthly newsletter with all the key dates and info you want to have at your fingertips

  • EmPower Social Hub members will also benefit from a reduced private hire rate of the new EmPod

How to subscribe to EmPower Social Hub:

  • Monthly subscription is just £5, with a minimum commitment of six months

  • All EmPower webinars will be accessible outside of subscriptions at £15 each – but are free with Social Hub subscription
